Please read our terms and conditions as well as our returns/exchanges policy in their entirety and prior to making your purchase.

Please note that by making your purchase, you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions as well as any and all other policies outlined on our website, including but not limited to our returns/exchanges policy.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@motionvixiii.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items and special promotions (i.e Black Friday, etc.) or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Shipping cost of any kind are non-refundable.

If for any for reason merchandise credit must be issued for an order that was placed using our AFTERPAY feature, please note that any & all fees passed on to the merchant at the time of purchase &/or processing and less any discounts applied, as well as any shipping fees paid, will be assessed and deducted from merchandise credit amount before being issued.

USPS SERVICE UPDATE

Implementation of First-Class Mail and Periodicals service standard changes – October 1, 2021

On October 1, the Postal Service will implement new service standards for First-Class Mail and Periodicals which will increase delivery reliability, consistency, and efficiency for our customers and across our network.

Most First-Class Mail and Periodicals will be unaffected by the new service standard changes. Standards for single-piece First-Class Mail traveling within a local area will continue to be two days. Mail traveling the greatest distances will be most affected, with a day or two of transit time added for some First-Class Mail and Periodicals.

We’ll make better use of our trucks and existing surface network to move the mail, relying less on costly air transportation.

By improving service reliability and increasing efficiency, we can keep costs at reasonable levels and help keep postage rates affordable for our customers.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of purchase for your items to be shipped.

Standard Shipping - up to 7 business days.

Priority Shipping - up to 3 business days.

Expedited Shipping - 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING RATES & FEES

Shipping rates may vary, and are based on the selected shipping method and destination.  All shipping rates are the responsibility of the customer, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This includes all duties, taxes, and fees associated with international orders to receive your package.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION ORDERS

Domestic Orders: MOTION VI. XIII will cover the shipping fee associated with your free shipping promotion.

International Orders: MOTION VI. XIII will only cover the shipping fee associated with your free shipping promotion. All other International duties, taxes and fees to receive your package will be the responsibility of the customer.

*Due to Covid-19, there is a possibility you may experience shipping delays
