To increase longevity of your activewear/loungewear, proper care of your garments is all you need. Please see our following recommendations below:

• Flip clothing inside out, cold wash on delicate setting.
• Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean
• Wash dark clothes separately
• Avoid pulling on fabric with sharp nails to prevent snags, holes and tearing in your clothing.
• Be mindful when using resistance bands, as it can cause material to frizz.

Please see our size guide below. If you find yourself falling in between two sizes, we suggest the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger size for a comfortable fit.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Classic Essential Collection is built with ultra compression, and meant to fit like a glove.
